We have taken five of the most delicious dishes available at Taste this year from Taste legends Vivek Singh – Cinnamon Club and James Cochran – Around the Cluck as well as Chai Wu, Hot Box and Treats Club and turned one of them into a cake. Sneaky right?
Do you know your birthday cake from your brisket bun, your sponge from your Szechuan lamb?
