Hailing from E1 via a hugely successful start as a street food stand (via Texas) over 10 years ago, Hotbox has come a long way to be one of London’s favourite BBQ and smokehouse experiences. Offering up oak smoked cuts with vibrant flavours such as their smoked pork belly, short rib taco and truly spectacular smoked sausage, all perfectly seasoned and spiced.
You’ll now find them smoking up a storm at the Victoria Market Hall and in their word expect the meat sweats, taco coma and an overwhelming urge to take a nap after your smokehouse experience.
