The Cinnamon Club is a landmark restaurant in the Grade II listed Westminster Library, that would go on to revolutionise, shape and inspire modern Indian fine dining in the UK. Fusing Indian flavours and western techniques, Vivek Singh’s menu has redefined culinary expectations and set a benchmark for the fine-dining Indian scene in London and beyond.

With an ethos to revolutionise the way Indian cuisine is viewed in the UK, Executive Chef Vivek Singh oversees a brigade of chefs who deliver the very best modern Indian dishes that go beyond authenticity. Encompassing the vibrant and extensive flavour palette and specialist ingredient portfolio of Indian’s many different and distinct regions, dishes are immaculately presented and designed to reflect the culinary traditions and depths of Indian cooking, while also elevating those references into a new, refined and thoroughly modern style of cuisine. With a commitment to using only the freshest, most seasonal produce, diners are taken on a refreshing culinary journey and challenged to try something new.

The Cinnamon Club continues to lead the charge with a stunning menu of contemporary Indian dishes, constantly innovating to include new combinations, ingredients and techniques. The long-established take on game classics and delicately spiced fish remains, along with signature tasting menus, seasonal options, and celebratory sharing dishes, which are carved and served tableside for between two and six guests.

Changing with the seasons, the menu includes starters such as home-cured carpaccio of Shetland salmon, mustard caviar, curry leaf snow; camphor and sandalwood-infused free range chicken breast, coriander chutney; homemade paneer with soola spices, beetroot raita, walnut and raisin. Mains feature tandoor-grilled Balmoral Estate venison, black stone flower reduction, masala mashed potatoes; Kokum crusted halibut on the bone, mussels rasam, lemon rice; and grilled Spencer Gulf king prawns, Alleppey curry sauce and rice vermicelli.
