Burger & Lobster, founded in 2011 by four schoolmates. They set out to open a restaurant focusing on perfecting the craft of just one or two main ingredients. Since then, Burger & Lobster have been serving up wild Atlantic lobsters and prime burgers to fun and passionate personalities around the world who share their appetite for creativity. Known for simplicity and quality, they have locations in London, New York, Singapore, and Bangkok, among others. They source lobsters from Nova Scotia and beef from top quality family farms.
