Formerly three Michelin Starred Andalusian chef Dani Garcia brings his favourite tapas flavours to London at Bibo in the stunning Mondrian Shoreditch. Defined as an ‘artisan of flavour’ Dani manages to combine the products of his land together with the techniques and ingredients of the most international cuisine.
For Taste Of London, expect one of the most celebrated signature dishes from chef Dani Garcia, the pulled oxtail brioche with thinly sliced mushroom and bull sauce. The BiBo Brioche Bar will also feature other classics, including the chorizo brioche and aubergine brioche. The Red Tuna brioche completes the menu as a special edition created specially for Taste 2022!
