Formerly three Michelin Starred Andalusian chef Dani Garcia brings his favourite tapas flavours to London at Bibo in the stunning Mondrian Shoreditch. Defined as an ‘artisan of flavour’ Dani manages to combine the products of his land together with the techniques and ingredients of the most international cuisine.

Expect to find pulled oxtail brioche with thinly sliced mushroom on the menu alongside classics such as the jamon croquetas, Iberian pork presa and gambas al ajillo that transport you to a warm and elegant evening in Madrid.
