- Akira Back: modern Japanese cuisine from chef, Akira Back
- Empire Empire: retro-inspired curry house with a focus on charcoal-grilled kebabs, rich curries and freshly baked bread
- The Campaner: authentic Spanish food from Catalan chefs
- Lore of the Land: Guy Richie’s pub showcasing exceptional British cuisine crafted from locally sourced ingredients & cooked over flame
- Los Mochis: global pioneer of Mexican & Japanese fusion

- Kate Austen: chef who recently became the first female chef to win the main course category on Great British Menu, appearing at The Taste Fire Pit and Taste Cook School
- John Chatarasak: founder of Michelin-starred AngloThai and shortlisted as Chef to Watch in The National Restaurant Awards 2022, appearing at The Taste Fire Pit
- Pascal Aussignac: long-standing Michelin Star holder (since 2002!) of Club Gascon, appearing at The Taste Fire Pit
- Judy Joo: specialising in delicious Korean Fried Chicken, appearing at the K-Food BBQ Cook School
