This is your chance to take part in an intimate, 30 min cooking class with a superstar chef, celebrating the culinary cornucopia of Grenada (Wednesday 17th June & Sunday 21st June), St Kitts (Thursday 18th June), Tobago (Friday 19th June) and Barbados (Saturday 20th June) through a taste of each island’s life. Learn insider secrets to how they perfect their most iconic dishes and quiz them on their inspiration, favourite memories of their island and their plans for the future.
What to expect
Think bold spices, vibrant heat, fresh ingredients and dishes that transport you straight to somewhere warmer, more tropical, and full of island flavour. Cook with the experts and learn how to prepare dishes inspired by each chef’s rich culinary heritage, from fresh island produce to vibrant spices and soulful recipes. You’ll be guided step by step, picking up insider tips, local techniques and the stories behind the flavours that make each island unique. Every session is designed to give you a real taste of the islands and a few new skills to take home too, all soundtracked by the sweet sounds of Calypso music.
At the end of the lesson, it’s time to sit back and admire your handiwork before tucking into your creation, wanderlust successfully activated.
