This year Taste of London will see the return of Leong’s Legend, the only Tawianese restaurant in the heart of Chinatown.
Accompanying them will be the original Gau Bao, a unique slow cook tender pork belly, with preserved pickles and crushed nuts dressing and a sprinkle of coriander that pushes the tastes of Taiwan dishes, alongside roast Peking duck pancakes.
This year’s exclusive will be the festival debut of one of Chinese cuisine’s most prized dishes; the famous delicacy and most sought after shellfish, Abalone, served in a dumpling.
