Located on Harrods’ 5th floor, Dim sum by Chai Wu has a vast selection of both steamed and fried dim sum. Inspired by the teahouses of China, the dim sum selection celebrates the versatility of dim sum with a range of styles and fillings. The plump traditional Cantonese dumplings represent a convivial style of dining, and the venue lends itself perfectly to celebrate a range of occasions, whether it’s a quick refuel during shopping, or a long lunch with friends.
All of Chai Wu’s dumplings are handmade by the in-house chefs each morning. The offering is a complementary combination of well-loved classics alongside some more unusual dumplings that are unique to the restaurant, as well as creative takes on traditional Chinese dishes. Amongst the bamboo baskets filled with bright and beautiful dumplings, diners can find parcels filled with a range of the very finest ingredients.
