EVENT CONCEPT: Fire Feast

Join four of London’s leading chefs for a one-night-only evening of fire and flavour at JOIA Rooftop. In collaboration with Taste of London, Fire Feast will kick-off a brand-new programme of exclusive events and dining experiences across the capital for this year’s Taste of the City.

Expect innovative dishes cooked over the legendary Big Green Egg, sweeping Battersea views, and a live DJ setting the scene. Leading the charge is JOIA’s own Concept Chef Henrique Sá Pessoa, one of Portugal’s defining culinary figures and chef behind two-Michelin-starred Alma in Lisbon. Joining him for the evening are Chris Golding, Executive Chef of NIJŪ in Mayfair, Carolyn Or, Head Chef of Chet’s at The Hoxton, and Juan Riaz from Prince Arthur Belgravia.

Indulge in four unique interpretations of live-fire cooking with signature dishes from each chef:

Henrique Sá Pessoa: Iberian Presa, Apple Slaw, Romesco Sauce
Chris Golding: NIJŪs Hay Smoked Tuna, Ponzu, Shiso Oil
Carolyn Or: Charred Cabbage, Tamarind Nam Jim, Chili Oil, Coconut Caramel (V)
Juan Ruiz: Basque-Inspired Herefordshire Beef, Plum Jus
