We hosted an autumn-inspired Taste Club dinner on 10 October 2024, it was an extraordinary night at Angelina with a ten-dish tasting menu. Guests were greeted with a delicious welcome el Jimador Shinjuku Albatross cocktail at the sought-after Dalston restaurant helmed by chef Joshua Owens-Baigler, who is known for fusing elegant Japanese culinary techniques with seasonal Italian ingredients to create eclectic and unexpected dishes. Then we tucked into ten dishes with an optional wine pairing in a delectable kaiseki-style meal that originated in Kyoto and was traditionally served before tea ceremonies.
