Santo Remedio was started by it’s Mexican founders Edson Diaz-Fuentes and Natalie Feary to share the flavours they grew up with in Mexico’s homes, markets, and celebrations. They have three restaurants in London – Marylebone, London Bridge, and Shoreditch, all serving vibrant Mexican dishes prepared using traditional cooking techniques, alongside tequila and mezcal cocktails, in beautiful settings. The restaurants feature in the Michelin guide and have been highly acclaimed by the UK’s most highly regarded food critics in The Times, Financial Times, The Observer and The Telegraph.
