This year Taste of London will see the return of Chinatown’s Dumplings’ Legend, presenting its delicious classic traditional Cantonese and regional Chinese cooking.
Dumplings’ Legend has been serving a diverse authentic regional Chinese menu of over 400 dishes and a full Cantonese dim sum, plus their legendary soup dumplings Xiao Long Bao of all flavours in the heart of London’s West End.
This year’s highlight will be freshly hand made Xiao Long Bao, made of 100% Iberico pork, pluma and slow cook Iberico pork stock to create an exceptional famous soup dumpling with black truffle, on the menu for the first time at Taste.
Other dishes include a trio of steamed dumplings, and peking duck thinly sliced and served in pancake with plum sauce, just like the traditional imperial banquet style.
