A zesty spritz made with Maison Mirabeau’s Dry Rosé Gin.

INGREDIENTS
- 35ml – Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin
- 25ml – Pink Grapefruit Juice
- 20ml – Pink Peppercorn Syrup
- Mirabeau La Folie Sparkling Rosé
- Pink Grapefruit Zest
METHOD FOR THE SPRITZ
- Fill a wine glass with ice.
- Add Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin, pink grapefruit juice, pink peppercorn syrup and top up with La Folie Sparkling Rosé. Garnish with a zest of pink grapefruit.
METHOD FOR THE PINK PEPPERCORN SYRUP
- Crush 5 tbsp of pink peppercorns into 350g of sugar.
- Add 350ml water, and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
- Fine strain to remove the peppercorns. (This will keep for three days)
