A zesty spritz made with Maison Mirabeau’s Dry Rosé Gin.

INGREDIENTS
  • 35ml – Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin
  • 25ml – Pink Grapefruit Juice
  • 20ml – Pink Peppercorn Syrup
  • Mirabeau La Folie Sparkling Rosé
  • Pink Grapefruit Zest
METHOD FOR THE SPRITZ
  1. Fill a wine glass with ice.
  2. Add Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin, pink grapefruit juice, pink peppercorn syrup and top up with La Folie Sparkling Rosé. Garnish with a zest of pink grapefruit.
METHOD FOR THE PINK PEPPERCORN SYRUP
  1. Crush 5 tbsp of pink peppercorns into 350g of sugar.
  2. Add 350ml water, and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
  3. Fine strain to remove the peppercorns. (This will keep for three days)
