INGREDIENTS

For the press:

  • 160g Presa
  • 5cl White wine
  • 16g Fresh garlic
  • 1 Bayleaf
  • 10g uni Kimchi paste
  • 90ml Olive oil
  • 2 pinch Smoked paprika

For the cabbage salad:

  • 100g White cabbage
  • 30g Carrots
  • 2 Mint leaves
  • 20g Parsley
  • 1/2 Granny smith apple
  • 20g Cherries
  • 20g Watercress
  • 30g Almonds without skin
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 30g Salt
  • 10g Black pepper
  • 30g Mayonnaise
  • 10g Dijon mustard
