For the press:
- 160g Presa
- 5cl White wine
- 16g Fresh garlic
- 1 Bayleaf
- 10g uni Kimchi paste
- 90ml Olive oil
- 2 pinch Smoked paprika
For the cabbage salad:
- 100g White cabbage
- 30g Carrots
- 2 Mint leaves
- 20g Parsley
- 1/2 Granny smith apple
- 20g Cherries
- 20g Watercress
- 30g Almonds without skin
- 1/2 Lemon
- 30g Salt
- 10g Black pepper
- 30g Mayonnaise
- 10g Dijon mustard
