As part of Taste of the City, The Melusine presents a special menu shaped entirely by the catch of the day, guided by a simple philosophy: no farms, no shortcuts, just the sea.
Working closely with independent day-boat fishers, the kitchen serves seafood at its freshest, often just hours out of the water. The result is a menu that changes daily, celebrating the natural rhythm of the ocean and the unpredictability of what arrives each morning. For the festival, expect a curated multi-course experience that moves from shellfish to prime cuts, each dish showcasing the purity, quality and bold simplicity of the ingredients.
