Highlights include Thai roast wings marinated in toasted spices, lemongrass and fish sauce, grilled and glazed in a bright, zingy nam jim jaew butter, finished with toasted rice powder and lime. Their cult favourite cheesy corn takes a new form with inspiration from Korean street food – crispy arancini filled with buttery corn, kimchi rice, furikake, and mozzarella, served with punchy kimchi mayo and a grating of Grana Padano. Rounding out the menu is their all-new Korean Wing 2.0, brined overnight, double-fried, and coated in a sticky gochujang, soy, and sesame glaze, served with pickled ginger.
