Official Beer Partner and sponsor of the live music stage at this summer's festival, you'll be able to grab an ice-cold Chang to enjoy as you dance your summer away, or pick one up at our Diners Club VIP Lounge & Garden!
To further enliven the experience, Chang is partnering four of London’s well-loved Thai restaurants – Wild Rice, Greyhound Café, Nipa and 101 Thai Kitchen – to serve visitors free samples of their signature dishes, exclusively at the Chang Sensory Trails space within the festival.
WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY: Wild Rice (Mike Asavarut, Co-founder)
Founded on a passion for food, Wild Rice’s small and sharing plates are inspired by recipes passed down through generations and influenced by places all over the world. Head over to Chang’s stand to try the restaurant’s ‘MFC' Thai Fried Chicken – Thai-southern fried chicken with aromatic warm spices, crispy shallots and a sweet and spicy tamarind and toasted rice sauce.
FRIDAY: Nipa (Sanguan Parr, Head Chef)
Discover the most authentic Thai cuisine outside of Bangkok. Renowned for serving the most delicious traditional Thai cuisine in London. Nipa, meaning ‘shining light’ in Thai, will be presenting its Tod Mun Pla, traditional Thai fish cakes, with sweet chilli sauce, mixed cucumber relish and toasted peanuts.
SATURDAY: Greyhound Café (Chusana Prasertkul, Managing Director)
Greyhound Café is Bangkok on a plate, for you to explore and enjoy. Thai at heart, but anything but traditional: the restaurant’s recipes come from far and wide. Taste Greyhound Café’s Hot Oil Pork Knuckle, a German-style golden fried pork knuckle with spicy tamarind curry paste and jaew sauce.
SUNDAY: 101 Thai Kitchen (Suttichai Se-Upara, Chef & Owner)
A family-run restaurant, 101 Thai Kitchen serves up authentic dishes from North-eastern Thailand. The menu is wide and varied, but for Taste of London the restaurant will be offering a chef’s own creation, a Spicy Fish Salad, combining a Thai salad with an Isaan/Laotian twist.
