1. Ableforth’s

2. Halewoods Gin Parlour

The Gin Parlor will offer a relaxing, tranquil space for you to enjoy fresh summer gin serves from iconic organic Liverpool Gin, the frightfully curious Marylebone Gin and JJ Whitley’s English garden inspired Gin.

Halewood’s botanical themed garden will transport you into a herbaceous oasis, offering the perfect setting for you to enjoy drinks garnished with freshly picked herbs from the Gin Parlour’s very own herb patch. Johnny Neill, creator of favourite African inspired Whitley Neill Gin will be joining the Halewood stand for a selection of gin master classes. Discerning gin drinkers can learn of the Whitley Neill Family story through taste, smell and experience. Relaxing, live acoustic music, including a wonderful trio of strings will only further add to your leisurely lull at The Gin Parlour.

3. Pinkster Gin

Rather different to most other gins (there’s a clue in the colour), Pinkster steeps British raspberries in the triple distilled spirit giving a deliciously dry yet subtly smooth flavour.

The fruity flavour is gentle which makes for a particularly refreshing G&T when served with a raspberry and a sprig of fresh mint. Come down to the Pinkster Gin bar and enjoy gin based cocktails and gin sorbets with a gentle and refreshingly fruity flavour from steeped raspberries!

4. Slingsby Gin

Slingsby Gin is named after William Slingsby, an English adventurer who is said to have discovered the valuable properties of Harrogate’s Tewit Well water in 1571. The key to making gin is to add flavour through the medium of botanicals. Slingsby carefully selected 24 botanicals both locally and from across the globe that represent the beautiful and restorative nature of Harrogate. Head to Slingsby Gin’s stand at Taste of London for delicious samples and serves.

5. Sipsmith Gin Shop

Sipsmith is an independent spirits company dedicated to creating exceptional small batch artisan spirits.The Sipsmith team produce genuinely ‘small batch’ spirits – no more than 500 bottles a time, often considerably less. They use the very finest ingredients, including English Barley, carefully selected botanicals. 6. Hayman’s Gin

Hayman’s Gin make award-winning English gin the original way, and their ginealogy dates back over 150 years, making Hayman’s the only family of original English gin makers still distilling today.
