Those of you with a sweet tooth will be well served at Taste of London, with a huge range of desserts, ice creams and sweet treats on offer.

1. Propercorn

Inspired by childhood memories of popcorn making, PROPERCORN was founded by a young, ambitious team in 2011. The company takes great pride in their popcorn, making sure that every pack is both delicious and guilt-free.

PROPERCORN’s colourful collection includes classic Lightly Sea Salted and Sweet & Salty flavours as well as unique Sweet Coconut & Vanilla and Smooth Peanut & Almond recipes. PROPERCORN is popcorn done right. Come and visit them at Taste of London to try from their six delicious flavours!

2. Pots & Co

Pots & Co make timeless classic desserts. Their goal is to work with traditional recipes and elevate them into modern, restaurant-quality puddings that accentuate the classic ingredients and culinary techniques used to make them.

They will be showcasing their current range (including Lemon & Lime Posset, Salted Caramel & Chocolate, Chocolate & Orange, Vanilla & Chocolate, Malted Milk Chocolate, Rhubarb & Custard, Passion Fruit & Orange, Raspberry Posset, Mango, Lime & Coconut, Sticky Toffee Pudding, Chocolate Fudge Pudding, Sticky Orange Pudding, Spiced Apple & Ginger) alongside lots of tips, recipes, and offers at Taste.

3. La di da cupcakes

La di da Cupcakes are a high quality London based bespoke cupcake business, specialising in cupcakes for corporate events, parties, birthdays and barmitzvahs. Cocktail Cupcakes are a favourite amongst their customers – think Mojito, Cosmopolitan, Pina Colada, Baileys and Mulled Wine alongside fresh, seasonal flavours including lemon with fresh raspberry, passionfruit with white Chocolate, coconut & lime for the long, hazy summer days.

4. Happy Mallows

Happy Mallows’ aim is to provide quite simply the most sumptuous and fun array of handmade, gourmet flavoured marshmallows that will make marshmallows you’ve eaten in the past… a thing of the past. Happy Mallows take only the most delicious sweet treats like Salted Caramels, Lemon Meringue pie & Mint Choc Chip and then refining these flavours down into heavenly feathery little delicacies.

5. Arytza Food Solutions

Arytza Food Solutions are united by a passion for food and a desire to help serve memorable taste experiences. Using premium ingredients, experience and imagination, Arytza create fine food that inspires chefs, bakers and food professionals.

This year, hosted by their development chefs and professional baristas, Arytza will be celebrating the magic of food pairings by matching fantastic products with delicious coffee or sumptuous prosecco. Visitors to Taste of London can expect to find beautifully produced patisserie to take away and enjoy at the festival. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in pairing sessions.

6. XT Chocolate

XT Chocolate make artisanal chocolates by hand, having eye for detail, and using the finest ingredients of the market. Award winning Pastry Chef & Chocolatier Xavier Torne has over 10 years of experience in high end shops and Michelin Star restaurants (Le Gavroche, l’Atelier de Joel Robuchon, The Goring Hotel within many others) as well as doing consultancy work for well-known companies.

7. Fiona Cairns

Fiona Cairns is a bakery that specialises in hand-crafted, exceptional tasting and exquisitely decorated cakes and biscuits. From delectable fruit cakes, fully iced golden sponges filled with butter cream, chocolate truffle cakes and rich buttery shortbread, Fiona Cairns makes sweet treats for every occasion; from the humble tea to the fabulous wedding show-stopper.

Head to their stand at Taste of London this summer to see and buy magnificent wedding and celebration cakes and take part in cake decorating demonstrations.

8. Joe and Seph’s

Joe & Seph’s are a family business from London, launched in 2010 with the mission to create the best-tasting popcorn in the world. All their popcorn is handmade in small batches to ensure superior texture and an intense flavour on each and every kernel. The ingredients used are 100% natural and the kernels are all air-popped – a healthier cooking method compared to frying – and feature over with over 40 innovative flavours of popcorn ranging from Salted Caramel to Goats Cheese & Black Pepper.

9. Oppo ice cream

Charlie and Harry started Oppo because they believe indulgent food doesn’t need a lot of sugar or calories to taste good. The Oppo mission is to allow you to indulge in proper ice cream without compromising your health. Made using fresh milk, virgin coconut oil and stevia leaf, a scoop of Oppo is just 40 calories; that’s 60% less sugar and calories than regular ice cream. Now there are three flavours to choose from – Salted Caramel, Mint Choc Swirl and Madagascan Vanilla, which you can sample at Taste of London.

10. Sari Cakes

Sari Cakes offers stunning hand decorated luxury cakes, available in a range of delicious flavours and vibrant colours. Each creation is individually hand crafted and adorned with edible jewels and intricate sugarcraft. Cakes are then individually packaged in luxury display cases making the perfect gift or decadent treat.

11. Little Moons Mochi Ice Cream

Little Moons is a family business run by siblings Howard and Vivien Wong. They grew up in their parent’s bakery making mochis the traditional way. Using these memories, they spent two years perfecting their recipe before launching in the UK, where every Little Moons ice cream mochi is now proudly made. Little Moons is made from beautiful gelato ice cream wrapped in a sweet, soft dough.

Available in six tantalising flavours, including matcha, mango, coconut, black sesame, raspberry and vanilla flavours. Each ice cream mochi ball is gluten-free and under 100 calories.

12. Jude’s Ice Cream

Jude’s! A family who love crafting utterly delicious ice cream. It all started with one man mixing and churning in a Hampshire dairy barn, with milk from local cows. His creations were lip-smackingly good. So good he gave them his wife’s name, Jude! They will be sampling delicious fresh ice creams throughout the festival. Come along for a taste. Or few!

13. Purbeck ice cream

Purbeck Ice Cream brings you their multi-award winning unique and innovative ice creams and sorbets. Everything is made on the farm overlooking Corfe Castle in the Isle of Purbeck, with fun, love and passion by a small and friendly team using fresh Purbeck milk, thick Dorset double cream, British sugar and an abundance of only the very best natural ingredients. Stop by at Taste of London to try some of their new flavours including Dorset Marmalade, Mango Mango Ripple, Cracking Choc and Beetroot Sorbet!
