Throughout Taste of London, La Latteria will be hosting live demonstrations showcasing the process of making artisanal mozzarella, burrata and ricotta. This is a great opportunity to experience the incredible work of cheese-makers every morning, followed by sampling the freshest cheese you will ever have tasted!
