Get prepping for sunshine because the starting line-up for Taste of London has officially landed! It’s time to meet the first round of superstar chefs and restaurants joining us at Regent’s Park this 13 – 17 June.
This year, the centrepiece of the festival will be the all-new Fire Pit Stage, a spectacular homage to London’s obsession with cooking with fire and smoke replete with firebowls, log fires, Argentinan asado and a butchering and smoking area. Headlining the stage will be the trailblazing Niklas Ekstedt, whose awe-inspiring open-flame cooking has earned his eponymous Stockholm restaurant a Michelin star and worldwide acclaim. The star power will be scorching all weekend, as Josh Katz of Berber & Q, David Carter of Smokestak, Pip Lacey of Hicce and Andy Oliver of Som Saa showcase their flame-grilling prowess, all hosted by our fire-chief-in-residence DJ BBQ.

And that’s just the start; stay tuned for many more knockout announcements to come!
