Launching in May, Temaki will be London’s first true handroll bar, with a focus on Temaki accompanied by great sake, craft beer and inspiring cocktails all set in a fast and informal bar dining environment. Temaki will provide simple and delicious Japanese handrolls at an affordable price in a convivial atmosphere for both lunches and dinners.
Head chef, Shaulan Steenson, previously from Michelin starred Sushi restaurants Umu and Endo, will create a menu using sustainable British and European produce to create both new and classic handrolls. Dishes will include BBQ Unagi, Sea Bream, Chu Toro Scallion and Lobster with bisque.
