Launched at the beginning of February, Neyba brings together celebrity and Michelin-starred chefs to create collaborative menus under one roof, unlike anything seen before int he capity.

Chefs creating dishes for Neyba include the likes of Tony Singh MBE, who is creating north Indian currys, Miguel Barclay, Yoko Nakada of Makes Miso Hungry, and world-renowned sushi master Endo Kazotushi.

The dining in experience is a departure from Zelman and Hedley’s previous experience of full service and Michelin stared restaurants with a relaxed feel, eating out of disposable, compostable containers to give the absolute finest quality food and ingredients on the go.

The brand-new culinary concept is the brainchild of renowned food entrepreneur and founder of ‘Burger & Lobster’, Misha Zelman and ex Harrods and Heston Blumenthal chef Ben Hedley, who will be opening the first site on Westbourne Grove in Notting Hill.
