Heritage will be joining the festive edition of Taste in November, and bringing with them dishes inspired by Alpine cuisine. Since its original destination in the Alps, Heritage has now cut its teeth in the UK food scene with it’s space in Soho.
Heritage celebrates the artistic traditions of the Alpine region, in a modern and contemporary style, using ingredients that are sourced by local farmers around the UK. Typical dishes on the menu include sharing plates, prime cuts of meat, luxury seafood platters and of course, Alpine-inspired desserts, including their famous chocolate fondue.
With a menu that is described as ‘exciting the senses’, we are excited to see what dishes the team brings to this year’s festive edition of Taste of London.
