Meat is sourced sustainably from family owned Select Butchery with every patty precisely handcrafted to feature the perfect meat to fat ratio for maximum flavour and superb texture. Buns come from artisan baker, Sally Clarke, with a ‘happens to be vegan’ brioche bun created exclusively for Haché, as well as a choice of ciabatta or ‘bunless’ salad.
Classic choices include the Steak Naturel and Cheeseburger, as well as the best-selling Steak Canadien, with maple bacon jam, mature cheddar, and smoked bacon. For a touch of ‘ooh la la,’ try the Steak Truffle, topped with truffle aioli, caramelised onions, Gruyere cheese and truffle shavings, or, if you’re looking for something truly theatrical, the Steak Le Fumé offers a sweet, salty, and smoky marriage of caramelised onions, bacon, Gruyère cheese, slaw and Bloody Marie ketchup, presented in a smoke-filled dome – voila!
