Award winning Italian restaurant group Cin Cin is excited to be joining festive edition of Taste of London.
Founded in Brighton in 2016 by ex-lawyer David Toscano with head chef Jamie Halsall, Cin Cin won Michelin and AA awards for its counter dining restaurants, serving hand made pastas featuring seasonal British ingredients before making the leap to London in May 2021 with a fun neighbourhood site in Fitzrovia.
Expect fun and inventive twists on Italian classics like their famous rabbit crocchette with basil emulsion, spaghetti with smoked eel carbonara and caramelised chestnut tiramisu.
