The Laffa Couture will transport you straight to the streets of Tel Aviv; with homemade flat bread cooked over the traditional Tabun and stuffed with slow roasted lamb belly, smoked sticky plum, radish & chervil! After one of Chef Eran Tibi’s dishes for Bala Baya at Taste last year had 31 ingredients, you know you're in for a treat....

After the huge successes Bala Baya, which has Tel Avivian hospitality firmly planted in it its roots, this sets precedent for the group’s new adventure.
