Salon started life as a pop up above a cheese shop in Brixton’s Market Row. Serving food is guided by the seasons, the menu changes from week to week and month to month, depending on the produce available. Salon uses lots of UK produce, and works with local suppliers to ensure they source the very best ingredients they can get their hands on. Over the past four and half years or so, Salon has grown organically, gradually growing from a pop up, to a semi permament venture, to a fully functioning restaurant.
