Bubbledogs, located in Fitzrovia, was born in 2012 and is the brainchild of Sandia Chang and her husband James Knappett, who both formerly worked at Noma and Per Se in New York.

These days Sandia is the personality and creative behind Bubbledogs, whilst James is busy at the helm of his Michelin-starred restaurant Kitchen Table located at the back of bubbledogs. Unlike most Champagne bars, at Bubbledogs you can explore exclusive grower Champagnes sourced directly from the producers, whilst sinking your teeth into a selection of American-style hotdogs with globally inspired toppings on traditional steamed buns.
