  1. Wash the pork shoulder
  2. Roughly rush the garlic and pepper, then mix with the olive oil, oregano, salt and white wine vinegar
  3. Rub the pork shoulder with mix and marinate for 8 hours
  4. Roast the pork in the oven at 160 degrees for 4-5 hours until the meat starts to fall off the bone
  5. Leave to chill at room temperature
  6. Slice the Portuguese bread roll in half, top with the pork and Serra cheese and serve
