Warm up a chilly evening and celebrate winter with Laurent-Perrier’s unique two part champagne cocktail
  1. Prepare the hot side serve mixing together the ingredients
  2. Heat the side and pour in a warmed hot drink appropriate glass or cup at around 65 ˚C
  3. Pour 125ml of chilled Laurent Perrier Champagne in a regular glass
  4. Serve both glasses and encourage customers to alternate between each glass

Ingredients

  • 125ml Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée
  • 85ml hot side serve

For the hot side serve (1L batch):

  • 235ml Armagnac
  • 351ml Carrot juice
  • 292ml Orange juice
  • 58.5ml Monin Spiced Maple Syrup
  • 58.5ml Monin Pink Peppercorn Syrup
  • 5.9ml Citrus Syrup

Garnish:

  • Orange twist with clove (hot side only)
