LP Snow & Glow
Warm up a chilly evening and celebrate winter with Laurent-Perrier’s unique two part champagne cocktail
- Prepare the hot side serve mixing together the ingredients
- Heat the side and pour in a warmed hot drink appropriate glass or cup at around 65 ˚C
- Pour 125ml of chilled Laurent Perrier Champagne in a regular glass
- Serve both glasses and encourage customers to alternate between each glass
Ingredients
- 125ml Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée
- 85ml hot side serve
For the hot side serve (1L batch):
- 235ml Armagnac
- 351ml Carrot juice
- 292ml Orange juice
- 58.5ml Monin Spiced Maple Syrup
- 58.5ml Monin Pink Peppercorn Syrup
- 5.9ml Citrus Syrup
Garnish:
- Orange twist with clove (hot side only)
