Wild prawns kalimirch

Ingredients

  • 10 Wild Gamberro Rosso Prawns
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 2 tbsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tbsp Green Chiili
  • 2 tbsp Tellicherry Black Pepper(roasted and crushed)
  • 1tbsp Green peppercorns (crushed)
  • 4 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
  • 2 tbsp Chilli Oil
  • Salt as per taste

1. Take a medium size mixing bowl and add all the ingredients together (except the prawns) with only one tablespoon of crushed tellicherry black pepper to make a good marinade

2. Add the prawns into the marinade and keep it for three hours before cooking

3. Grill the prawns on the gas or charcoal grill for 2 minutes on both sides and sprinkle the remaining crushed tellicherry black pepper on top

4. Served them with choice of dipping sauce and fresh lime
