Ingredients

  • 20ml Italicus liqueur
  • Prosecco
  • 20ml Mango puree
  • 5ml water
  • 5ml Lemon juice
  • 5ml Honey
  • 5 ml Darjeeling tea

Method

1. To make the Mango and Darjeeling syrup, bring all the ingredients apart from the Liqeur and Prosecco to the boil, then strain.

2. Stir the Italicus liqueur in with the Mango and Darjeeling syrup and pour it into a cocktail mixer filled with ice. Add a splash of prosecco.

3. Use a cocktail strainer to strain over a champagne flute and top up with more prosecco to serve. Optionally dust the glass with Darjeeling tea powder to garnish.
