Gooey cheese fondue pot

Ingredients
- 300g cheese, chopped into chunks (whatever you have left over from your party cheeseboard, or if you're ordering specially Gruyère and Comté are delicious)
- 100g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tsp flour
- Black pepper
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan or Cheddar
- 1/2 jar Tracklements Original Onion Marmalade
- Crusty bread
- Radicchio
This unctuous and gooey delight by Tracklements is the perfect recipe for using up leftover cheese, or when you just need a hefty dollop of comfort food!
1. Pre-heat the oven to 160 degrees/Gas mark 3
2. Mix together the cheeses. Add the cream cheese, milk, flour and pepper and mix with a spoon
3. Spoon the Tracklements Original Onion Marmalade into an oven-proof dish (12 – 15cm diameter) and spread out evenly. Top with cheese mixture
4. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until the cheese starts to bubble. Top with the Parmesan or Cheddar and put under a medium-high grill until it turns golden
5. Serve with hunks of crusty bread and radicchio or chicory leaves for dipping
