  • 1/2 lemon
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 2 parts soda

Some classic recipes only need the slightest tweaking to form a delicious new cocktail. The Tom Collins is a perfect example, as gin is updated Drambuie to create a richer, sweeter new expression.

1. First, cut the lemon into wedges. Squeeze, then drop into a highball glass.

2. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
