  • 50ml The Botanist
  • 25ml Lemon juice
  • 15ml Mixed berry & young nettle liqueur
  • 10ml Sugar syrup
  • 10ml Wild apple shrub

This wild blossom sour by The Botanist has a beautifully balanced sweet-sour profile and is a delicious crowd-pleaser.

1. Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake well.

2. Double strain into a large coup

3. Garnish with mixed berries and nettle shoots.
