  • 50ml Glengoyne 15 years old
  • 10ml Scottish honey, blended with 10ml water
  • 25ml Lemon juice
  • Dash of lemon bitters
  • Apple, to garnish

This is a whisky not be over complicated. With honey production taking place at the Glengoyne Distillery it is fitting to use honey as the base, blended with cloudy apple this is a simple twist on the classic sour.

1. Add all the ingredients to a large rocks glass and stir until combined.

2. Garnish with fan of pink lady apple slices.
