Ingredients
- 50ml Monkey Shoulder whisky
- 25ml Drambuie
- 100ml apple juice
- 4 fresh mint leaves
Long, zesty and refreshing, this Monkey Shoulder cocktail is perfect summer barbecue material.
1. Smack mint until it cries (just a bit) to release the flavours.
2. Place in the Konga Shaker (or alternative cocktail shaker) and fill with ice.
3. Roll the ingredients together and strain to a glass.
4. Add mint leaves to garnish.
