Cocktail recipe: Pineapple raki sour

  • 35 ml Yeni Raki Seri
  • 15 ml lime juice
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 15 ml sugar
  • 25 ml pineapple juice
  • 25 ml egg white

This refreshing cocktail by Hus Vedat of Yosma has sunshine written all over it. Crack it out in batches at barbecues for a real talking point; it pairs brilliantly with fresh, zingy salads and cuts through the richness of charred meat.

1.Pour all the ingredients in Boston cocktail shaker

2. Reverse dry shake – add a handful of ice into the shaker and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds

3. Remove the ice and shake for a further 10-15 seconds to allow the egg white to fully
foam

4. Double strain over a chilled glass

5. Serve in ‘Nick & Nora’ glass or a Martini glass
