For the PeaTini:

  • 60ml Seedlip Garden 108
  • 25ml Pea shrub
  • 5ml Agave
  • Frozen peas, to garnish
For 400ml of pea shrub:
  • 200g peas
  • 236ml Apple cyder vinegar
  • 236ml white sugar

Seedlip Drinks’ PeaTini is a cheeky riff on the class martini cocktail. Supremely fresh, with a hint of acidity, it pairs perfectly with summer barbecues for anyone who wants a refreshing break from the booze or prefers not to drink.

1. First make the pea shrub the night before. Add all the ingredients to a jar, mash up the peas and seal. The next day, strain the liquid and set aside for future use.

2. To assemble the cocktail, add the pea shrub, Seedlip Garden and agave to a shaker with ice and stir. Strain into a Nick & Nora glass or martini glass.

3. Garnish with frozen peas and serve.
