Join world renowned pastry chef Dominique Ansel, as he sits down with L.O.R founder Natalia Ribbe to discuss how the world of pastry not only transformed his life, but the world.

After a warm welcome by Mama Xanadu, you will be introduced to how the water element is represented in alchemy, the vibrational memory of water, how it interacts with its environment and the impact of it on our emotions and on our body, before being guided through a meditation session.

The last 30 minutes will be dedicated to creating your own flower or crystal essence to take home with you.

Join L.O.R. founder, Natalia Ribbe as she hosts food and fashion influencer Anna Barnett and fashion blogger, Emily Jane Johnson to discuss how the last restaurant you ate in has taken precedence over who you were wearing when you went. They'll talk dining faux pas and fashion faux pas - what not to wear, and what not to eat or do at a dinner party - getting you ready for the best night out or in!

After a warm welcome by Mama Xanadu, you will be introduced to how the fire element is represented in alchemy, sexuality & creativity, digestion, and to how fire can be used to heal and transform, before being guided through a meditation session.

The last 30 minutes will be dedicated to learning more about aphrodisiacs, traditional love potions and spells, and to the creation of a love potion that you will be able to take home with you.

Join L.O.R. founder Natalia Ribbe as she hosts a trio of incredible women across pop culture and food. The media has a strong hold on what we eat, where we eat, who we know about, who we don't know about and more! With pop culture and food enthusiast, Lauren Bravo, cookbook author extraordinaire Georgina Hayden and foodie influencer Lizzie Mabbot, we'll cover all things that make food POP (culture). How much of what we are eating is dictated by social media or the latest issue of your favourite glossy reading...

SATURDAY

14:00-15:00 Earth: Find your Energy

After a warm welcome by Mama Xanadu, you will be introduced to how the earth element is represented in alchemy, how to ground energy and restoring vital connection to nature, before attending a tasting session with wild plants.

The last 30 minutes will be dedicated to a discussion on foraging, wild harvesting for food and medicine, using plant identification key and you will make a herbal tea blend to take home.

First comes love, then comes sex, then comes BABY - how our relationship with food in and out of the bedroom, pre/post baby is influenced. What do you avoid eating before you're taking someone to bed, what do you now reach out for ease because you're juggling life and a 3 year old. All this and more answered by Meryl Fernandes, a mum, co-owner of The Duke of Richmond and actress, and Anna Higham, Head Pastry Chef of Lyle's restaurant in Shoreditch.

14:00-15:00 Sunday Recovery

Melt away your hangover by listening to the sound of plants using MIDI Sprout technology. 

After a warm welcome by Mama Xanadu, you will be introduced to how the air element is represented in alchemy, how sound can be used as healing, the electromagnetic pollution, vibrational communication and telepathy.

You will then be guided through meditation using Midi Sprout technology to play sounds of the plants, before being introduced to vibrational healing and tuning forks, and experimenting with a range of tuning forks using them on one another.
