Based in an unassuming corner of Broadway Market, Fin + Flounder have an impressive number of strings to their bow. The team work with the best produce from the day-boats each morning to ensure the fish on display is always at it freshest, and feature an interesting array of lesser known seafood such as dab or witch. Accompanying the fish is a deli counter boasting herbs, spices and pancetta; ask the team for tips for which items pair best together. Even better: every Saturday the fin + Flounder van pulls up and serves hot fishy deliciousness to market-goers, including panko prawns and a luxurious lobster mac ‘n’ cheese.
