Bespoke 4-course tasting menus by world-leading chefs

This is your chance to gain unparalleled access to 5 of the most revered chefs on the planet. Seated at an intimate chef’s table, you’ll savour 4-course tasting menus and bespoke wine pairing created by Davy’s Wine Merchants, of mind-bending magnificence, showcasing produce from the southern plains of Brazil to the mountains of Sweden, personally prepared and presented by the chefs themselves. Watch them at work, grill them on their culinary inspiration and maybe even have the chance to get involved!

Each menu will be accompanied by wine pairings, alongside cocktails and digestifs by Zacapa Rum, rich in complex flavour and character that is crafted in the highlands of Guatemala. What’s more, The Residence will be hosted by legendary Maître d’ and restauranteur Paulo de Tarso and curated by culinary ‘Starmaker’ Andrea Petrini.

Sean Gray — Momofuku Ko, America

Sean Gray heads up Momofuku Ko restaurant, the 2 Michelin-starred crown jewel of David Chang’s restaurant empire that has redefined modern fine dining in America. Dishes are iconoclastic and experimental; eschewing provenance in favour of an exhilarating east meets west flavour journey uncowed by borders or gospel. Ekstedt shot to stardom thanks to his radical approach to ancient cooking, using only fire and smoke at his Michelin-starred Stockholm restaurant. His turn at The Residence will see awe-inspiring dishes constructed by harnessing the power of fire.

How to book The Residence tickets if you don’t already have a Taste of London entry ticket:

To book your ticket to The Residence, on the Tickets page select the Taste of London session you would like to attend, then the number and type of entry ticket(s) you would like, and then click ‘Continue’ and add-on a Residence ticket

How to book The Residence tickets if you do already have a Taste of London entry ticket:

On the Tickets page, select the Taste session you have booked, click “Already Ordered Tickets” and add in your order reference number and the email you booked the original tickets on. Then you can add-on a Residence ticket to your original order.

If the chef you want to see at The Residence is appearing on a different day/session to the Taste of London ticket you have already booked, make a new booking for an entry ticket and add-on a Residence ticket. We will refund your previous order, email tickets@tastefestivals.com
