What is Taste of London?
Taste of London combines all the best ingredients that make a superb visitor experience – a stellar line up of London’s latest, greatest and most exciting restaurants, world-class chefs, an exceptional range of interactive and participatory experiences, and gourmet food and artisan producer markets.
Taste of London attracts over 50,000 visitors to Regent’s Park in June and over 28,000 to its festive edition in November at East London’s Tobacco Dock.
Produced by Taste Festivals; Taste of London is part of a worldwide network of more than 20 events hosted in cities from Sydney to Toronto, Milan to Amsterdam, Dubai to Hong Kong.

What security measures are in place for Taste of London?
We have the appropriate levels of cover in place following liaison with the police and authorities. We ask you to remain vigilant, not leave any belongings unattended, not bring large bags to the event and allow additional time for security checks before entering Taste of London. We place the utmost importance on security and take the safety of our visitors very seriously.

Taste Tuesdays
We've joined forces with some of the world's best chefs, restaurants and cocktalians to create a brand new series of in-restaurant experiences taking place in cities across the globe on Tuesdays every month.
In each city each month the brightest stars of the culinary world will dazzle us with a series of intimate one-off dinners and exclusive chef collaborations, all hosted by the chefs themselves.
Are there free things to do inside?
There are plenty of free things to do at Taste of London including chef demonstrations at the Fire Pit, masterclasses, tastings from the Artisan Producers, and live entertainment.
Can I buy alcohol to take home?
Alcohol to take home such as wine, spirits and beer can be purchased on site, however this will be delivered to you post-event as we are not permitted to allow visitors to leave the site with bottles.
Pay with Contactless
You can use your credit or debit card (contactless or chip & pin) to purchase food from the restaurants and drinks from the bars at Taste of London so for most visitors, there is no need to pre-order or purchase Taste Credit as you may have done in the past.
Diners Club International is the preferred card partner at Taste of London: The Festive Edition and accepted by all restaurants and participating bars and exhibitors at the festival.
Please note that restaurants do not accept cash, though you’ll still need some if you wish to shop at the producer markets.
Is there a cloakroom facility?
Yes, our charity partner Action Against Hunger provide Shop & Drop and cloakroom facilities for a small fee with all proceeds going to the charity.
Can I bring my own food and/or drink?
No food or alcoholic drinks are permitted to be brought into the site premises. Bottled water is allowed. Bag searches will be in operation at the entrance to the event and any food or alcoholic drinks will be retained.
How much are each of the dishes at the restaurants?
Most dishes at Taste of London are priced between £3 - £7 except each restaurant’s Taste Exclusive dish. Taste Exclusive dishes which are limited edition and created especially for Taste of London 2018 can be priced slightly higher.
What does my ticket include?
There are three types of ticket for this year's Taste of London.
- Entry: Access to the festival
- Tasting: Access to the festival, and two dish vouchers to use at our restaurants
- Feasting: Access to the festival, our VIP lounge, three dish vouchers and a glass of champagne
What are the event opening times?
Like a restaurant, Taste of London sessions are divided into lunch and dinner services, of which there are 8 over 5 days:
- Wednesday 19 June 17:30 - 21:30
- Thursday 20 June 12:00 - 16:00
- Thursday 20 June 17:30 - 21:30
- Friday 21 June 12:00 - 16:00
- Friday 21 June 17:30 - 21:30
- Saturday 22 June 12:00 - 16:00
- Sunday 23 June 12:00 - 17:00

Can I drive to the festival and is parking available?
Pay and display parking is available in Regent's Park everyday from 9.00am - 6.30pm. The postcode for electronic device users is NW1 4NR, but please note this is for guidance only as the park covers a large area.
Charges for pay and display parking are:
- Monday to Saturday - £2.40 per hour (60p per 15 minutes, 4 hours maximum stay)
- Sundays and Public Holidays - £1.40 per hour (35p per 15 minutes, no maximum stay)
- Disabled badge holders and motorcyclists park free of charge, but are subject to 4 hours maximum stay Monday to Saturday.
- Excess charge: £80; 50% reduction for payment within 14 days.
- No coaches or commercial vehicles are permitted within Regent's Park.
Where is Taste of London held?
Taste of London’s summer event in June is held at Regent’s Park, London, NW1 4NR. The nearest stations are Regent’s Park (Bakerloo) and Great Portland Street (Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan) – approx 5 mins walk from the venue.
Taste of London’s festive event in November is held at Tobacco Dock, London, E1W 2SF. The nearest stations are Shadwell (Overground/DLR) and Wapping (Overground) – approx 5-7 mins walk from the venue. You can also get the Underground to Tower Hill (Circle/District) which is approx 15 mins walk.
Can children come into VIP?
Children are allowed in VIP when accompanied by an adult with the VIP lanyard. Children do not need a VIP lanyard.
What are exclusive dishes?
Each restaurant brings a minimum of three dishes to Taste. One dish is created exclusively for the festival, and is not available in their restaurant on a regular basis. Don't miss your chance to taste something unique!
What are dish vouchers?
Dish vouchers are available as part of your VIP ticket, and to purchase separately. Purchasing your vouchers in advance means you are ready to go as soon as you hit the festival.
Dish vouchers are not mandatory for your Taste experience; you can use contactless pay throughout the festival.
What is a Taste Lovers Multiple Entry Pass?
If one visit to Taste isn’t enough, a Taste Lovers Multiple Entry Pass entitles you to come to Taste as many times as you like! Whether that’s twice in one day, or every day, this ticket enables you to keep coming back for more.
Please note, the Taste Lovers pass is not valid for the VIP Feasting ticket on Wednesday 19th June.
What is an Any One Session pass?
An Any One Session ticket means you have the flexibility to purchase your ticket now, and decide later which session you would like to attend.
