So they hand-make and steam-bake their puds in their individual ceramic pots, from their kitchen in London. That way, they know you’ll get a perfect pud, every time. Their exceptional recipes are written and perfected by top restaurant chefs. They use only the finest ingredients – including free range eggs, Cornish sea salt & single origin Colombian chocolate. They use nothing artificial – additives are banned from the kitchen. And there have no need for preservatives… baking the puds in their pots naturally doubles their fridge life, whilst giving them their unique, inimitable depth and creamy texture. All their puds are vegetarian friendly.
