Sajeev Nair, Executive Chef at Trishna

Born in Kerala, Sajeev grew up in New Delhi where he started his culinary career working for a wealth of prestigious restaurants and 5* hotels in the Indian capital.

He joined Trishna, the Michelin-starred Indian restaurant in the heart of Marylebone Village in March 2012 as Sous Chef, but quickly rose to the ranks of Executive Chef, a position he’s held at the restaurant for the last two years.
