Joshua Levy started his career with Gennaro Contado at an Italian restaurant before going to work under Thomas Keller at the French laundry during their appearance in London, staged at No 1 Balmoral in Edinburgh, worked as a chef on a private estate in the south of France cooking for the likes of Albert Roux and Conde Naste magazine.

He then travelled to Ireland to head the kitchen of a hotel with a seafood biased menu before continuing his travels across South East Asia and into New Zealand working at some of the finest cafes and restaurants.  After returning to London, he now Heads the Claw Kitchen which opened there first site in December 2017 in Carnaby, Soho.
