Josh enrolled at Le Cordon Bleu after completing a postgraduate degree.

He went on to work at Galvin Bistrot Deluxe and Ottolenghi before being awarded a Bib Gourmand whilst Head Chef at Made in Camden.

He opened Berber & Q Grill House in 2015 and Shawarma Bar a year later. In 2018, Josh released his debut cookbook.

Tucked away inside a cavernous vault of the near two-hundred-year old Tobacco Dock, Taste is bringing the outside in and transforming into a ‘Feast in the Forest’ complete with towering trees, twinkling lights and a table-long spread of festive delights
