Ms. Wei Guirong is a partner of 'Xi'an Impressions' and founder of Master Wei Xi’an, and she has been engaged in the catering industry for more than 20 years. In April 2019, GOLDEN CHOPSTICKS, which voted more than 20 million times in the UK food and beverage industry competition, presented Ms Wei with a founder's award for her role as the only female winner. 

She has always believed that Chinese food is a high standard food, not only by using the best materials, but also the mindful method of Chinese cooking. She thinks that Shaanxi Xi'an food culture is a unique food culture with multi-ethnic and multi-national boundaries, which is why Shaanxi Xi'an cuisine is more worthy of attention in the UK.

For more than 20 years in the UK, Ms. Wei has been modest and low-key, and she has won the popularity of the public with her exquisite craftsmanship, delicious food and noble character, especially in the British food medias, where food writers and journalists have spontaneously recommended and reported on Master Wei. Ms Wei said she was lucky people loves her food, she had carefully studied and refined the ingredients of the food, both to preserve the traditional Shaanxi cuisine and to cater to the tastes of the local British, and she made the most impressive food, so she had a remarkable achievement.
